For applied behaviour analysis practicesRun programs, collect trial data in session, confirm mastery and bill against funding — all on one client record. TherapyCRM is practice management for behaviour analysts, supervisors and the coordinators who keep an ABA clinic running.
The clinical loop a BCBA expects, plus the operations a multi-site clinic needs.
Record trial outcomes, prompt levels and notes against each active target on a tablet. Works offline with encrypted drafts and replay-safe sync, so a dropped connection never loses or duplicates a session.
Define the prompt hierarchy and mastery criterion per goal. Mastery is confirmed by the clinician, never auto-graduated, and condition charts show progress across sessions.
Build plans from a shared goal library with interventions attached. Activate, amend and supersede plans while every session stays tied to the version it ran against.
Move from a functional behaviour assessment to a behaviour intervention plan on the same document workflow, with review, publication and e-signing.
Families see shared documents, complete intake and consent forms, request appointments into a coordinator-reviewed queue and log home practice.
Documentation-gated session billing, funding programs tracked to the minute, invoices and payment plans, and funder progress reports.
Clinical, family and financial work share the same record — no re-keying between a data-collection app, a notes tool and a billing spreadsheet.
Targets, trial data, prompt levels and SOAP-style progress notes come from the same session. Notes go through review and can be signed by the supervisor or family.
Guardians complete forms, request sessions into a conflict-checked queue and log home-practice assignments with reminders, so generalization work is visible to the team.
Track approved hours and amounts per client with an exact-minute utilization ledger, gate invoices on documentation, and produce funder progress reports — including an Ontario Autism Program profile.

Yes. Session Runner keeps an encrypted draft on the device and syncs when a connection returns, using replay-safe receipts so a session is never lost or recorded twice.
Yes. Access is role-based per practice and branch, and enforced in the API and at the database, so front-line staff, supervisors and administrators see only what their role allows.
Not yet. Supervision and credential-compliance tracking are on the roadmap but are not shipped today, so we do not advertise them.
TherapyCRM includes the technical controls those frameworks expect — role-based access, MFA, audit logging, short sessions, encryption and retention policies. Compliance depends on your configuration, contracts, policies and training, and no certification is claimed without current supporting evidence. Security documentation and vendor terms are available on request.
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial; the exact trial length and terms are shown by the billing provider before you confirm checkout.
Start a trial, set up a branch and a goal library, and run one real session end to end before you decide.
