TherapyCRM (therapycrm.io) is practice management software for pediatric and autism therapy teams in Canada, outside Quebec.

TherapyCRM is the practice management product at therapycrm.io. It is built and operated by Data Inn Inc. (DataInn), based in Mississauga, Ontario, CA, and is separate from products with similar names.

Practice Management Software for Autism and Pediatric Therapy Teams

ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy clinics can use one practice account for scheduling, versioned plans, session data, reviewed notes, family sharing, funding records and invoices from completed sessions. TherapyCRM serves English-language practices in Canada outside Quebec. It does not submit insurance or government claims, including Ontario Autism Program claims, and has no telehealth or video visits.

From treatment plan to invoice

A practice uses many kinds of information: goals, appointments, observations, notes, family forms and funding records. TherapyCRM brings these into a connected practice workflow for ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.

The product includes scheduling, treatment plans, session data collection, a parent and guardian portal, documentation workflows, funding tracking and billing. Discipline pages explain the shared capabilities in the context of each team.

Tools for the front desk, clinicians and families

TherapyCRM Kiosk turns a shared iPad or iPhone at the clinic into a check-in station.

• Clients check in and out from the day’s roster, while staff record shifts and breaks.
• A practice administrator sets up the device for a branch and chooses the available sign-in methods.

Clinicians use the TherapyCRM web app for today’s sessions, trial data, SOAP notes and family updates.

• Staff time records include check-in, checkout and breaks.
• These workflows connect to the same practice account as practice setup and scheduling rules.

TherapyCRM Family is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

• Parents and guardians join by invitation from their practice to see visits, send messages, log home practice, review shared progress and complete forms.
• The practice determines which children and sections are linked to each family account.

The current scope does not include Quebec availability, province-specific claims rule packs or automatic claims submission. Ontario Autism Program support means funding tracking and a reporting profile; it does not mean government endorsement.

Review the published terms, privacy policy and subprocessors before adoption. TherapyCRM data is stored in Canada. Named exceptions: providers for email and text messages, payments, optional AI features, app notifications, bot checks, optional website analytics and video, and calendars a practice connects process limited data outside Canada, and rollback and testing copies are held in the United States and Germany. The subprocessor list names each provider and location. TherapyCRM holds no privacy or security certification.

For a missing family invitation, contact the practice directly; product support cannot grant access to a family account.
