A practice uses many kinds of information: goals, appointments, observations, notes, family forms and funding records. TherapyCRM brings these into a connected practice workflow for ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
The product includes scheduling, treatment plans, session data collection, a parent and guardian portal, documentation workflows, funding tracking and billing. Discipline pages explain the shared capabilities in the context of each team.

The current scope does not include Quebec availability, province-specific claims rule packs or automatic claims submission. Ontario Autism Program support means funding tracking and a reporting profile; it does not mean government endorsement.
