Partnerships in Canada outside Quebec
TherapyCRM Partner Program for organizations that serve therapy clinics
The TherapyCRM Partner Program connects pediatric therapy clinics in Canada with the accountants, agencies, consultants, associations, community organizations, creators and technology providers they already rely on. Partners refer clinics to TherapyCRM, TherapyCRM introduces partners to clinics when a need comes up, and both sides share what clinics learn along the way. Joining is free.
What the TherapyCRM Partner Program is
TherapyCRM is practice management software for ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and multidisciplinary pediatric clinics in Canada outside Quebec. Clinics also work with outside firms for bookkeeping, marketing, coaching, training and other services.
The partner program makes those relationships work in both directions. A partner can recommend TherapyCRM to clinics that need practice software, and TherapyCRM can introduce a partner to clinics that need the partner’s service. Every partner relationship is disclosed, as described below.
Who the partner program is for
Organizations that serve therapy clinic owners, clinicians or administrators can apply. Competing practice management software vendors are not eligible.
Accounting and bookkeeping firms for clinics
Firms that keep the books, payroll and tax filings for therapy clinics. When a clinic needs help with year-end, funding reconciliation or invoicing, TherapyCRM can introduce a partner firm.
Clinic marketing agencies
Agencies that build websites, search visibility and referral programs for pediatric therapy practices. Partners can help clinics fill a waitlist while TherapyCRM handles intake, scheduling and family communication.
Practice consultants and business coaches
Consultants and coaches who help clinicians open, grow or restructure an ABA, speech or occupational therapy practice, including choosing and setting up practice systems.
Professional associations and educators
Associations, training providers and educators that serve behaviour analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists and clinic owners. Partnerships can include member offers and practical educational sessions.
Community and family resource organizations
Community organizations and resource hubs that help autistic people, families and caregivers find services, programs and providers. Partnerships can include free clinic listings and practical resources for the families that clinics serve.
Podcasts, newsletters and creators
Podcasts, newsletters and creators whose audience runs or works in therapy clinics. Partners can offer their audience a TherapyCRM partner offer and host conversations about clinic operations.
Technology and integration partners
Software and service providers whose products work alongside a clinic’s practice management system, such as phone answering, forms, payments or analytics.
What partners receive
Each partnership is agreed individually during an introductory call. Depending on the type of partner, the program can include:
- Two-way referrals: TherapyCRM introduces partners to clinics during onboarding when a clinic needs their service.
- A referral commission on clinics that subscribe through the partner. Terms are shared during the introductory call.
- A listing in the TherapyCRM partner directory, with a partner level that reflects the relationship.
- Co-marketing such as joint webinars, practical guides on therapycrm.io and features in TherapyCRM videos.
- A partner offer for the clinics the partner serves.
- A demonstration account with fictional clinic data, so the partner can see the workflows clinics use.
How the partnership process works
The process takes four steps:
- Apply with the form on this page: your organization, website, services, the regions you serve and how you would like to work together.
- The TherapyCRM team reviews the application and arranges a short introductory call to agree on referrals, co-marketing and any partner offer.
- Sign a partner agreement that sets out referral terms, disclosure and how each side describes the other.
- Once approved, your listing is published in the partner directory with its partner level, and you receive your referral details.
TherapyCRM partner directory
The partner directory lists every approved partner with its logo, partner level, category, regions, services and any offer for clinics that use TherapyCRM.
Partner levels
The TherapyCRM team assigns each partner a level that reflects the relationship. Levels are not rankings of quality.
Premier partner
A close, ongoing relationship with priority introductions to clinics, joint activities and featured placement in the directory.
Preferred partner
An active referral or co-marketing relationship, such as clinic introductions in both directions or a joint guide or webinar.
Registered partner
An approved partner listed in the directory that can refer clinics to TherapyCRM and receive introductions.
How partner relationships are disclosed
Partners disclose their relationship with TherapyCRM when they write, speak or post about TherapyCRM, including any referral commission. TherapyCRM labels partners as partners on this page and marks paid placements as sponsored.
A partner listing describes the partner’s services. It is not a professional endorsement, and each clinic chooses its own providers.
Apply to become a partner
Complete the partner application form at the end of this page. The TherapyCRM team reviews every application and replies by email to arrange an introductory call. Your listing appears in the directory only after it is approved. Do not include client or patient information.
If you cannot use the form, email support@therapycrm.io with the subject “TherapyCRM partner application”.
Frequently asked questions
Who can apply to the TherapyCRM Partner Program?
Organizations that serve pediatric therapy clinics, clinicians or clinic administrators can apply, including accounting and bookkeeping firms, marketing agencies, consultants and coaches, associations and educators, community and family resource organizations, podcasts and newsletters, and technology providers.
Does it cost anything to become a partner?
No. Joining the partner program is free. Paid sponsorships or advertising, where they apply, are agreed separately and labelled as sponsored.
How do referrals work?
A partner refers a clinic to TherapyCRM using its referral details. When a clinic using TherapyCRM needs a service a partner provides, TherapyCRM can introduce that partner. Clinics always choose their own providers.
How is the referral commission paid?
Referral commission terms, including how and when commission is paid, are shared during the introductory call and set out in the partner agreement.
Can other practice management software companies join?
No. Competing practice management or EHR software vendors are not eligible for the partner program.
Do you work with partners outside Canada?
TherapyCRM serves practices in Canada outside Quebec. Partners outside Canada can apply when they serve clinics in that area, and the directory shows the regions each partner serves.
What do the partner levels mean?
Registered, Preferred and Premier describe how closely a partner works with TherapyCRM, from an approved listing to an ongoing relationship with priority introductions and joint activities. The TherapyCRM team assigns the level; it is not a ranking of quality.
How does a partner update its directory listing?
Email support@therapycrm.io with the changes. Listing text is updated after the partner approves the new wording.
