For Canadian practices outside Quebec
ABA data collection connected to the rest of your practice
TherapyCRM connects treatment plans, session observations, progress notes and billing for Canadian ABA teams. Session Runner supports offline collection so clinicians can record observations during a session and synchronize when connectivity returns.
Start with the treatment plan
Create goals and targets in a versioned treatment plan. Define the measurement and prompt hierarchy that fit the target, and set mastery criteria before collecting observations. Keeping targets and plan versions together gives the team context when a programme changes.
The software records the plan your team chooses. Clinical decisions, target selection and interpretation remain with your qualified clinicians.
Capture observations during the session
Session Runner supports trial-by-trial data and prompt recording. An encrypted draft on the device supports interrupted connectivity, and synchronization checks help prevent duplicate submissions. Review synchronization status before assuming an offline draft has reached the practice record.
Illustrative workflow: a clinician opens a planned session, records responses and prompts against a target, reviews the recorded observations, then synchronizes the session. This example describes a workflow, not a client outcome or a sample of real health information.
Connect data to documentation and billing
Review goal and plan analytics alongside session documentation. SOAP-style progress notes and review workflows support the clinical record. Billing that requires session documentation connects completed work with the funding and invoice workflow, while preserving the distinction between an observation, a signed note and a billable service.
For Ontario practices, funding tracking can record approved hours, amounts and utilization, with a funder progress report that includes an Ontario Autism Program profile. TherapyCRM does not submit OAP claims or determine programme eligibility.
What to test in your demo
Bring a fictional goal and ask to see target setup, prompt recording, a connectivity interruption, synchronization, progress review and the resulting note. Ask how your team handles access, review responsibilities and lost devices. Use fictional information until your privacy and service review is complete.
