TherapyCRM Family keeps parents and guardians connected with their child’s care team on iPhone and iPad: today’s visit, messages, progress, forms and invoices in one private place. Families join by invitation from their practice. The app is coming to the App Store; invited families use the web portal today.

Visits and attendance
See today’s visit at a glance: checked in, in session, ready for pickup and picked up. Browse upcoming, recent and cancelled visits for each child. Request a visit, ask to cancel or move one, share dates when you are unavailable and review attendance history with arrival and pickup times.
Messages and care updates
Send secure messages to your care team, with file attachments. Receive care updates from the team, including photos and videos when you have given consent, and add comments and reactions. Practice announcements appear in the same place.
Home practice and progress
Open home practice activities with instructions, materials and tips, then log what you tried, how it went and how difficult it was. Progress summaries and charts show the goals your practice shares with you.
Forms, documents and invoices
Complete assigned forms, add attachments and sign documents on your phone. Read shared documents and download PDFs. View invoices, payment plans and session packages, and pay an invoice through your practice’s secure online checkout; card details are entered on the payment processor’s page, not in the app.
Private by design
Notifications start quietly and use general wording, so names and details stay off the Lock Screen. The app hides its content in the App Switcher and asks you to sign in again after 15 minutes of inactivity. You see only the children and sections your practice has linked to your account. There are no ads and no tracking.
Questions
How do I get access?
Your child’s practice sends the invitation. Follow the link in it to set your password, then sign in. If you have not received one, contact your practice directly; TherapyCRM support cannot grant access to a family account.
When will TherapyCRM Family be on the App Store?
The app has been submitted to Apple. This page will link to the App Store listing once Apple releases it. Invited families can use the family portal in any browser today.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The app has no in-app purchases. Invoices shown in the app are for services from your practice and are paid to the practice.
