Create original sequence cards, first/then boards and choices with bilingual labels and optional local pictures, then download or print them.
How to use this tool
Use this visual routine builder to create educational routine cards, first-then boards and choice cards with your own labels.
Choose the layout and enter each card’s main label and optional second-language label.
Add an optional picture from your device and review the preview for readability.
Choose print settings and download the complete PDF or print the cards.
Fictional example and how to read the result
A fictional first-then board can show “Choose a book” and “Read together”. Use meaningful choices and accessible pictures agreed with the person.
Pictures stay in this browser. Cards do not prescribe a routine, justify withholding support or replace an individualized accessibility review.
Build materials with the person
Use familiar words and original symbols or your own local pictures. Keep text beside each picture, offer meaningful choices and mark optional steps when appropriate.
Sequence, first/then and choice boards are different formats. In first/then format every ordered pair becomes its own board; an odd final card retains an empty Then space. Labels and local images stay in memory and are removed on refresh.
Up and Down buttons support keyboard reordering.
Use up to 36 cards and 120 characters per label, including a second-language label.
Local PNG, JPEG or WebP pictures must be below 2 MB; they are resized on this device.
CSV sheets retain labels, order, symbols and optional flags; download a PDF to retain pictures.
What to enter in each field
Card label: Use a short familiar action or choice label, such as Choose a book. Text stays beside the picture; labels may contain up to 120 characters.
Second-language label: Optional: add a second-language version of the same label. Leave blank for a single-language card.
Original symbol: Choose one of the original available symbols or none. A local picture replaces the symbol in the printable preview.
Optional step: Choose Yes only when the step is optional under the agreed routine. The printed card is labelled optional; the sequence order is retained.
