New features, improvements and fixes in each TherapyCRM release.
v1.0.93 ·
verified introductory offers and support tickets
Request a personal introductory offer and follow your support conversations in a private ticket portal.
Improvements
Verify your email before receiving a personal, single-use introductory promo code, valid for 24 hours.
Track support requests and respond through a private ticket link sent by email.
Platform operators can manage leads across channels, follow-up tasks, support status and campaign reports.
v1.0.92 ·
introductory-offer page refresh
Website update only. There are no changes to the application.
Improvements
The introductory-offer page on our website has a refreshed design. It shows what you pay and when, with the promo code form beside it.
v1.0.91 ·
clearer plans and website updates
Plan and website update. Your existing locations are unchanged.
Improvements
Plans are now clearer: every plan includes all features with unlimited users and clients. Essential covers one practice location and Growth covers more than one.
Practices that already have more than one location keep all of them. On Essential, adding another location now offers an upgrade to Growth.
The pricing page explains the difference between Essential and Growth.
A new introductory-offer page on our website, and trial sign-ups now record which campaign link they came from (campaign labels only, no personal information).
v1.0.90 ·
behind-the-scenes maintenance
Maintenance release. Nothing changes in how you use TherapyCRM.
Improvements
Our public website now records which campaign link a demo request came from, so we can see which outreach works. It stores campaign labels only and no personal information.
v1.0.89 ·
smoother invoicing, quieter “What’s new”
Fixes from the first live run of the new invoicing tools, and “What’s new” now shows only the updates you have not seen yet.
Improvements
“What’s new” now shows only the updates you have not seen yet. Closing it counts as seen, and behind-the-scenes maintenance updates no longer interrupt you.
On an invoice line, choosing a provider now fills in their supervisor when they work under supervision, and the supervisor list shows only registered staff.
The direct billing section of an invoice now explains when the client’s insurer is not set up for direct billing, and where to turn it on.
The funding programs section of a client now explains how to add a program, for example OAP, when your practice has none set up yet.
Payment methods are now named the same way everywhere, for example “Interac e-Transfer” on payments, receipts and statements.
Bug fixes
Sending an invoice to a client with no email address now tells you the invoice was issued but not emailed, instead of reporting a delivery failure. Once you add an email address, sending again emails it.
Payment reminders for a client without an email address now explain that an email address is needed.
You can now remove a GST/HST number and tax province when your practice is not registered, and an invalid GST/HST number now shows a clear message instead of just disabling Save.
“Mark verified today” now appears only for regulated credentials, and the Regulated switch on a staff credential no longer flips back on the first click.
A cancelled invoice no longer shows a remaining balance.
v1.0.88 ·
The funding guide now matches invoicing
The Ontario Autism Program funding guide on the website now describes how invoices, receipts, tax and funding work in TherapyCRM today. Nothing changes in how you use the product.
Improvements
The Ontario Autism Program funding guide now explains what invoices and receipts show, how funding periods and funded amounts work, how tax is set up for each line, and how insurer amounts are recorded by hand. It replaces older statements that said these things were missing.
The guide says plainly that TherapyCRM sends nothing to insurers, OAP, AccessOAP or the ministry, and that its reports and summaries are its own formats, not government forms.
