TherapyCRM

Release notes

New features, improvements and fixes in each TherapyCRM release.

v1.0.108 ·

Clearer public resources and safe sharing

Free public tools now explain their purpose, steps and individual input fields. Public information pages include educational-use notices, a content correction email and safe page-sharing options.

New features

  • Each of the 26 public tools has a quick-start guide, a fictional example and an explanation of its output. Input and column help explains units, assumptions and missing values. Sixteen goal guides explain their recording-sheet columns.
  • Public content pages provide copy-link, social sharing and an HTML website-link option. Sharing includes the canonical public page title and URL only, never uploaded files, worksheet entries or URL tokens.

Improvements

  • Educational-only notices explain that the public resources are strictly not for medical use and require qualified professional advice. Responsibility limitations are subject to applicable law.
  • Visitors can report content issues to content@therapycrm.io. Public SEO snapshots include the same visible tool instructions and educational notices.

v1.0.104 ·

introductory offer for every Canadian therapy center

The introductory offer page now speaks to every Canadian therapy center, new or established, and shows the Therapist app as available.

Improvements

  • The introductory offer page and its fine print apply to TherapyCRM practices in Canada outside Quebec, new or established.
  • The offer page shows the TherapyCRM Therapist app as available.
  • The fine print in the promo code email matches the offer page.

v1.0.103 ·

clearer answers on comparison and guide pages

Comparison pages and the Ontario ABA clinic guide open with a short answer, guides show when they were last updated, and the security page answers common certification and data-location questions.

Improvements

  • The ABA software comparison, CentralReach alternatives and Jane App alternatives pages, and the guide to starting an ABA clinic in Ontario, open with a short direct answer.
  • Website guides show the date they were last updated.
  • The security page answers whether all data stays in Canada and whether TherapyCRM holds a privacy or security certification.
  • llms.txt has a key facts section, and llms-full.txt offers the full text of the public pages.

v1.0.102 ·

website search maintenance

Lets search engines read the public legal, release notes and pricing pages in full.

Bug fixes

  • Search engines can now load the text of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, release notes and pricing pages when they render them, so those pages are no longer seen as empty.

v1.0.101 ·

pricing page refresh

Refreshes the public pricing page with real product screens and clearer answers about plans and prices. Nothing changes inside the application.

Improvements

  • The pricing page opens with real product screens from a demo practice (calendar, session data, notes, Kiosk check-in and the Family app) beside a headline that changes with each screen. Visitors can pick a screen or pause the rotation, and it stays still for anyone who prefers reduced motion.
  • The lowest current monthly price and the free trial appear at the top of the pricing page.
  • A new question, How much does TherapyCRM cost?, answers with the current plan prices for visitors, search engines and AI assistants.
  • The site summary for AI assistants (llms.txt) describes what each plan covers.

Bug fixes

  • Plan cards on the pricing page are centred when two plans are available.

v1.0.100 ·

printable website templates and search maintenance

Adds blank PDF and Word downloads to the website template guides and improves how search engines read the public site.

Improvements

  • Website template guides for DTT data sheets, ABA treatment plans, ABA and speech or OT SOAP notes, therapy treatment plans, intake forms and invoices offer blank PDF and Word versions to download, with no sign-up.
  • The homepage links to the therapy CRM versus practice management guide and the printable data sheet.

Bug fixes

  • /index.html redirects to the homepage.
  • Sitemap dates change only when a page's own content changes, not when the shared menu or footer changes.
  • Search-engine rules block application pages exactly, so new public pages cannot be blocked by accident.
