Release notes

New features, improvements and fixes in each TherapyCRM release.

v1.0.111 ·

Reliable public-page refresh

Public-page snapshots now render with bounded concurrency and execution limits sized for the expanded resource library. Cancelled refreshes stop browser and indexing work before releasing job ownership.

Improvements

  • Public-page refresh renders two pages at a time while retaining content readiness checks.

Bug fixes

  • Expanded public-page refreshes no longer exceed the original five-minute job budget.
  • Job cancellation stops Chromium and IndexNow work and waits for cleanup.

v1.0.107 ·

26 free therapist and clinic tools

Therapists and clinic teams can explore 26 free public tools and 16 goal guides without an account: collect and graph observations, create original printable resources, and review clinic capacity, referrals, costs, cash flow, documentation and entered schedules.

New features

  • A browser-based data grapher accepts manual entry, pasted spreadsheet tables, CSV, TSV and Excel worksheets. Review and edit imported rows before use. Trial responses, frequency and rate, duration, task analysis and interval recording have measurement-specific calculations; ABC observations produce a descriptive report. Reports preserve recorded zero and missing values separately and can be downloaded as PDF, printed or exported as CSV.
  • Five clinic planning tools compare clinician and eligible-room capacity, simulate separate discipline waitlists, estimate cancellation revenue after refill and fee recovery, project entered funding balances in money or hours, and document demonstrated workflows during a software demo. Every report includes its assumptions and inputs.
  • Sixteen public goal and recording-resource pages explain an observable example, collection steps, interpretation and recording pitfalls. Each includes an original fictional worked sheet, a blank sheet and a connection to the grapher. The resources support documentation and do not set clinical targets or mastery thresholds.
  • A clinic operations toolkit adds editable attendance and cancellation, intake handoff, funding reconciliation and shared-room worksheets, a software demo planner and a survey planning sheet. Survey templates contain no invented clinic findings.
  • Six additional measurement tools build original goal and collection plans, track individual task steps, calculate method-specific observer agreement, retain censored latency observations, generate bounded interval sheets, and document individually defined attainment levels without a standardized T-score.
  • Seven additional therapy resources create printable visual routines and choice cards with optional local pictures, review clinician-scored speech counts and AAC participation, record everyday activity and range of motion, organize an entered home-practice plan, and link to official outcome resources with a separate context-aware score log. No proprietary assessment items, norms or diagnostic cutoffs are reproduced.
  • Six additional clinic tools review entered workload and outside-hours time, referral stages by cohort and service, service contribution and break-even assumptions, thirteen-week cash flow, documentation coverage with missing entries, and the feasibility of a proposed clinician/room schedule. Schedule validation checks entered constraints without generating a timetable.

Improvements

  • Public tool entries are processed in the browser. The grapher defaults to temporary memory, with optional tab or device saving, explicit restore controls and a clear-all action. Tool and goal pages do not run marketing analytics.
  • Public directories connect goal sheets, practical tools and clinic operating guidance, with shareable resource pages and printable reports.
  • The public library contains 26 tool pages and 16 goal guides with searchable categories. New data sheets support local manual, pasted, CSV/TSV and Excel entry with mapping, full source/result CSV and PDF reports, printing, explicit device draft snapshots and clear-all controls. Entries remain in memory unless explicitly saved.

v1.0.106 ·

public guide and template corrections

The public clinic guides and downloads have clearer consent, reporting, clinical-example and workflow guidance, with more complete printable forms.

Improvements

  • Compliance guides clarify child consent and record access, provincial and federal breach obligations, criminal-record checks and official child-protection reporting contacts.
  • Clinical goal examples and software comparisons have more precise criteria and capability descriptions. Ontario speech practice guidance explains the temporary As of Right pathway.
  • Printable PDF and Word templates have fuller fields, clearer funding and cash-reserve calculations, standalone page identification and improved pagination.
  • Long compliance pages include an in-page contents menu.

v1.0.105 ·

clinic compliance guides and new templates

The public guides now include clinic compliance pages for every province and territory outside Quebec, with links to the official sources, plus new templates and operating guides for therapy clinics.

Improvements

  • New clinic compliance guides cover health privacy, professional regulators, working with children, employer duties and funding programs in each province and territory outside Quebec, with a federal page and six side-by-side comparison tables. Every rule links to its official source with the date it was checked. The guides are information, not legal advice.
  • Twelve new printable templates (PDF and Word), including a cancellation policy, a waitlist, an Ontario Autism Program invoice, ABA data sheets and a supervision log.
  • New guides for pediatric speech and occupational therapy goal banks, reducing no-shows, following up new client inquiries and choosing a check-in kiosk, plus two new software comparisons.
  • Public pages load faster: each guide now loads only its own text.

v1.0.110 ·

Pediatric practice workflows and product help

Public pages explain pediatric ABA, speech-language pathology and occupational therapy workflows with product examples. New task guides help practices work with funding balances, session invoices, offline ABA data, guardian access and recurring appointments.

New features

  • A product help hub connects five task guides with prerequisites, steps and practical limits.

Improvements

  • Pediatric practice pages show scheduling, documentation, goal tracking and family access with labeled demonstration screenshots.
  • Family access guidance explains invitations, permissions, appointment requests, published progress and eligible online payments.
  • Pricing explains per-location plans and included staff and clients. The Jane comparison links to dated source information and includes a workflow evaluation checklist.
  • Support navigation, related guides and breadcrumbs make public task help easier to find.

v1.0.109 ·

Clearer public notices and convenient page sharing

Public pages offer copy-link and sharing controls near the top as well as the bottom. Tools show a short educational-use notice with the complete disclaimer at the bottom.

Improvements

  • Copy and share controls are available at both ends of public content pages. Sharing continues to include only the canonical public page title and URL.
  • The short educational-use notice links to the detailed disclaimer. Notice, content contact and bottom sharing controls now stack with aligned edges.
  • Free tools remains in public navigation after Security and before Book demo.

Bug fixes

  • The public resource notice no longer forms an uneven desktop row beside the contact and sharing section.
