Release notes

New features, improvements and fixes in each TherapyCRM release.

v1.0.129 ·

Verified consent and family workflow improvements

Manage consent requests, decisions, expiry and signed evidence together. This release adds a practice consent library and verified family review, while improving document signing, account switching, home-practice logs and billing displays.

New features

  • Family & consent brings signing authority, current decisions, pending requests, consent forms and history together for each client.
  • Authorized people can review exact consent wording and give or decline consent using a signed-in email link or an emailed code. Sending a request does not grant consent.
  • Established consent can be withdrawn immediately without an email code. Pending requests are cancelled, and decision receipts are attempted without delaying or reversing the recorded decision.
  • Consent history preserves decisions, known wording versions, evidence and validity dates. Original intake answers remain separate historical references; unknown legacy wording is not reconstructed.
  • Practice Settings includes a searchable, paginated consent library with 25 editable starters across care delivery, assessments, coordination and records, media and observation, and communication, including a field trip / outing starter.
  • Staff add relevant library consents to individual clients. Library provisioning and client assignment do not send requests or record decisions; existing decisions and bound forms remain visible.
  • Practices can create custom wording, choose email confirmation or a required signature, and prepare consent forms linked to the same decision history. Starter wording and validity remain the responsibility of the practice.

Improvements

  • Consent expiry and review dates are distinct. Calendar-day countdowns follow the practice timezone, with clearer upcoming and expired states; a document signature remains visible after consent expires or is withdrawn.
  • Current consent and pending renewals are shown separately. Historical forms show their own consent status without inheriting the status of a newer decision.
  • Family portal and updated Family app consent views refresh decisions, pending requests and history when another signed-in surface completes or withdraws consent.
  • Guardian consent recognizes the stored guardian link even when the guardian and verified Family account use different email addresses.
  • Signatures appear above signer names, document layouts work better on smaller screens, and clinician signatures follow the clinical eligibility configured by the practice.
  • Document-sharing emails use Open document for their portal destination. Customized email templates are preserved, and sharing no longer asks for an unused subject.
  • Goal categories in family progress views use readable labels.

Bug fixes

  • Duplicate submissions for the same signer or signing requirement are rejected under concurrent signing, keeping consent and signature records consistent.
  • Switching Family portal accounts clears the previous account information, including across browser tabs.
  • Opening a linked Family portal notification marks it as read.
  • The Family app resets signature drawing state after clearing, switching signing methods or completing a signature.
  • Home-practice dates follow the activity timezone. Changing a log date or recording another attempt no longer completes a later scheduled activity.
  • Manual payment dates display consistently in statements and Family app payment plans, and receipt headings have clearer spacing.
  • Message uploads reject empty files and files whose contents do not match the selected photo or PDF format.
  • Emailed document links return to the requested document after sign-in or session expiry, and expired or revoked signing links return appropriate errors.
  • Shared consent documents display saved personalized wording. The Family app displays static document text ahead of auto-filled metadata while preserving recorded fields and readable fallbacks.
  • Repeated sharing shows one entry per document in the Family document list while keeping earlier authorized links usable.
  • Starting another session refreshes its previous-session results, including after saved sessions synchronize.
  • Treatment-plan activation and private Family media access use recorded consent, expiry and later decisions instead of treating original intake flags as current verified decisions.
  • Family consent detail opens at the top, keeps history current after decisions in another app, and does not show unrelated intake references as history for a custom consent.

Breaking changes

  • Giving Family photo/video permission now requires the verified consent workflow. Older Family app versions must use the portal or an updated app to grant permission; established withdrawals remain available.

v1.0.128 ·

Lighter page markup

The TherapyCRM logo now loads from one cached image file instead of repeating a 6 KB drawing inline in every page header and footer, which trims about 12 KB from each page. No visible or tenant-facing change.

Improvements

  • Every page header and footer references one cached logo file, about 12 KB less markup per page.

v1.0.127 ·

Search keyword placement and plainer hub wording

Eight public pages now carry their target search phrase in the title, main heading or description, within the one-target-per-page plan. The autism therapy provider resources hub is reworded in plainer language with the same facts, limits and sources. No application or tenant-facing change.

Improvements

  • Target search phrases added to the titles, headings or descriptions of the ABA, speech, OT, physiotherapy, scheduling, OAP funding and Kiosk pages and the ABA session notes guide.
  • The autism therapy provider resources hub reads more plainly: shorter words and sentences, same facts, limits and sources.

v1.0.126 ·

Public-page behaviour measurement

Public marketing pages now report how visitors read and move through them (scroll depth, visible time, sections reached, questions opened, link destinations, template downloads and rage clicks) to Google Analytics, only after analytics consent and with fixed, non-personal parameters. No change to the application or tenant data.

Improvements

  • Reading and navigation events on public pages, sent to Google Analytics only after consent, with closed parameter vocabularies.

v1.0.125 ·

Campaign landing path redirect

The display path shown in the paid-search ad, therapycrm.io/free-trial/canada, now redirects permanently to the /offer landing page instead of returning a 404. No application or tenant-facing change.

Bug fixes

  • The ad display path /free-trial/canada redirects (301) to the /offer campaign landing page; the SEO route invariant now accepts campaign landing pages as redirect targets.

v1.0.124 ·

Structured public pages

Public guides, comparisons, solution pages and the home page are restructured for readers and answer engines: answer-first introductions, one fact per bullet, vendor groups on the main comparison, visible product attributes, derived evidence lines and comparison tables that lead with sourced strengths. No wording changed except four comparison sentences that described removed columns.

Improvements

  • Guides, comparisons and help pages open with an answer-first introduction, a byline and a derived evidence line (counted sources, check date, fictional example, downloads).
  • 197 long prose sections across public pages now read as a lead sentence followed by one fact per bullet; the main comparison shows one group per vendor with a closing fit note.
  • Comparison tables lead with sourced TherapyCRM strengths (offline recording, ABA session data, family access, pricing) and no longer list claims or telehealth columns.
  • The home hero, solution pages and comparisons show six product attributes as visible elements; every solution page shows a product screen beside its heading.
  • Tool and goal pages show the tool first; article headers show the template preview with downloads or a page-at-a-glance card; the related pathway block is a three-step strip.
  • Section headings carry an icon by kind (steps, checklist, comparison, rule, example, limits, sources), and the initial HTML and llms-full text carry the same structure.
