TherapyCRM is practice management software for pediatric therapy and ABA clinics in Canada outside Quebec. ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy teams work in one account, with separate apps for families and in-clinic check-in. Data Inn Inc. (DataInn) builds and operates it from Mississauga, Ontario.
Clinics use TherapyCRM for scheduling, clinical records and billing. Staff plan clinicians, rooms and recurring visits in one shared schedule. Clinicians keep treatment goals, session data and notes together as they record each visit. Billing staff create draft invoices from ready sessions and review the charges before sending them.
