v1.0.3 ·

connected clinical care from plan to outcome

TherapyCRM 1.0.3 introduces a connected clinical workflow spanning treatment planning, goal-aware session collection, review and approval, behavioural analytics, consent-aware records, home practice, and billing readiness. Clinical modules use practice-scoped rollout controls so each practice can adopt the new workflows deliberately while established scheduling, documentation, portal, and billing operations continue safely.

New features

  • Versioned clinical template families, Goal Library presets, Intervention Library content, equipment types, prompt hierarchies, and reusable workflow presets
  • Normalized treatment-plan goals with immutable revisions, activation and supersession history, service-delivery plans, diagnoses, enrollments, and goal conditions
  • My Day and Session Runner workflows for per-goal data collection, context stamping, review, approval, amendments, and immutable analytics snapshots
  • Behaviour Support Pathway cases linking staged FBA-to-BIP work, responsible clinicians, safeguards, approvals, and supporting documents
  • Assessment Library assignments with licence controls, source-score evaluation, review, and recommendation-to-draft-goal handoff
  • Home practice assignments, linked goals, guardian portal submissions, adherence tracking, and clinician review
  • Consent, custody, assent, document-signing, publication, records-compliance, funding-utilization, and funder-report workflows
  • Documentation-gated session billing previews and replay-safe draft invoice generation with amendment and cancel-or-replace safeguards

Improvements

  • Client profiles now bring clinical goals, conditions, analytics, consent, diagnoses, enrollments, equipment, home practice, and behaviour-support context together
  • Behavioural analytics use a shared deterministic evaluator and approved snapshots so charts remain traceable to the reviewed source record
  • Scheduling readiness includes the clinical service-delivery overlay and clearer fix dialogs for incomplete appointment setup
  • The client portal adds an At home area while retaining the redesigned mobile navigation and More menu
  • Document editing now shows one authoritative client field instead of a duplicate read-only client card
  • Clinical rollout flags can be enabled independently for a selected practice without changing global defaults

Bug fixes

  • Fixed behavioural analytics appearing empty when approved source records were available
  • Fixed document edit forms showing a blank or duplicated client selector
  • Fixed client clinical navigation tests so enabled pilot practices receive the complete tab set without changing default-off production practices
  • Fixed staff creation cancellation verification so concurrent test activity cannot produce a false release failure
  • Fixed feature-flag uniqueness so global defaults and per-practice overrides can coexist safely

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. Clinical modules remain default-off and are enabled per practice after rollout readiness review
  • Existing records, templates, portal access, schedules, invoices, and established practice workflows are preserved

v1.0.2 ·

clearer workflows, safer practice data

This release is the result of a complete new-practice walkthrough across TherapyCRM. Everyday work is now easier to understand, with clearer required fields, more helpful validation, consistent date and time controls, and improved create, view, edit, and delete experiences throughout the application. New practices now keep the country and time zone selected during signup, so the default branch is created in the correct location. Scheduling, billing, documents, staff management, treatment plans, reporting, portal access, email templates, and practice settings also gain reliability and usability improvements. Behind the scenes, stronger tenant checks, safer audit logging, and production-aware data handling help protect practice information without changing established workflows.

New features

  • A consistent calendar date picker and appointment time selector across scheduling and profile workflows
  • Improved appointment waitlist and booking-request experiences with clearer actions and status feedback
  • Expanded client portal administration, invitations, document sharing, updates, and secure messaging workflows
  • Email template history, preview, analytics, reset, and test-delivery feedback improvements
  • More complete billing views for invoices, statements, insurance, payment plans, and prepaid packages

Improvements

  • Required fields are now marked consistently and invalid forms explain exactly what needs attention
  • Date and time inputs follow the same themed design and no longer show duplicate date controls
  • New practices preserve the country and time zone chosen during signup when creating the Main Branch
  • Scheduling settings validate duration, buffer, lead time, booking window, working days, and business hours before saving
  • Staff profiles, certifications, availability, time tracking, schedules, and account actions now hydrate and display production data consistently
  • Documents, treatment plans, reports, audit logs, messages, practice settings, and public account pages now use more consistent layouts and dark-theme styling
  • AI controls now immediately hide and close the agent when a practice owner disables AI features

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the onboarding date picker leaving the continue button disabled after selecting a valid date
  • Fixed newly created branches defaulting to the United States instead of the location selected during signup
  • Fixed test-email actions reporting success when the email provider rejected or could not deliver the message
  • Fixed invalid scheduling values reaching the server and returning a generic error instead of inline guidance
  • Fixed appointment therapy duration, time-off decimals, staff dates, and other legacy production values not hydrating correctly in edit forms
  • Fixed the seeded default room being incompatible with the default therapy type for new schedules
  • Fixed email-template sequence drift that could prevent practices from saving customized templates
  • Fixed forgot-password and reset-password pages using a light background while dark mode was active

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. Existing practice customizations, historical records, and configured workflows are preserved

v1.0.1 ·

stay informed, start smoother

This release makes sure nothing important happens silently. Your practice now gets an email for every billing event — payment receipts, failed payments, plan changes, cancellations and reinstatements, and cards being added, removed, or about to expire. Your team gets notified when appointments are scheduled, cancelled, or rescheduled, when a lead or task is assigned to them, and when tasks come due. AI usage is covered too: a heads-up at 80% of your weekly or monthly limit, a notice if the limit is reached, a daily digest of agent proposals waiting for approval, and a weekly usage summary. All of it is controlled from a new practice-level Notification Settings page where you can enable or disable every email by category or individually. New customers also get a much smoother first day: after checkout you land directly in your dashboard — already signed in — with your practice fully stocked with document templates, therapy types, lead pipeline stages, and ready-made task templates.

New features

  • Billing lifecycle emails: payment receipt, payment failed, subscription changed, cancelled, and reinstated, plus card added, card removed, and card-expiring reminders
  • Staff notifications: appointment scheduled, cancelled, or rescheduled; new lead assigned; task assigned; and task-due reminders
  • AI usage emails: 80% quota warning, limit-reached notice, daily digest of agent proposals awaiting approval, and a weekly AI usage summary
  • Lead auto-response: new inquiries can receive an immediate, practice-branded reply (opt-in)
  • Waitlist confirmation email when a client is added to the waitlist
  • Password-changed security alert whenever an account password is updated
  • New Notification Settings page: practice-level control over every email — by category (including the new AI & Automation category) or individually — with critical security emails always on
  • Setup-guide email series for new practices during their first week

Improvements

  • After checkout you now land directly in your dashboard, already signed in — no second login
  • New practices start fully stocked: the complete document template library, therapy types, rooms, quick phrases, lead pipeline stages, and default lead task templates
  • Practice setup is now self-healing: if any step is interrupted, it completes automatically on retry instead of leaving gaps
  • A first-run checklist replaces generic reminders: name your branch, invite your team, add your first client, review your templates
  • New customers no longer see the historical What's New backlog on first login
  • Verification-code step gains a resend cooldown and a check-your-spam-folder hint; trial-length wording is now consistent everywhere
  • Email template improvements now reach every practice automatically instead of being frozen at signup time

Bug fixes

  • Fixed invoice PDF downloads failing on the Billing & Invoices tab
  • Repaired practices that were missing parts of their default setup (templates, therapy types, pipeline stages)
  • Removed stale unmodified template copies that were blocking updated default email designs

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. All notifications respect your settings, and existing workflows are unchanged

v1.0.0 ·

your practice gets an AI teammate

This is TherapyCRM's first major release. The headline is Ask Agent: a true AI assistant that can look across your whole practice — leads, clients, appointments, treatment plans, documents, billing, waitlist, and tasks — answer in plain language with real names, carry out multi-step jobs, and make approved changes for you. Ask "which leads are going cold?", "give me a complete picture of this client", or "where do I change our business hours?" and it answers with live data or the exact click path. Every change the agent proposes waits for your explicit approval, every interaction is audit-logged, personal health information is masked before anything reaches the AI model, and weekly/monthly usage limits keep costs predictable. The release also adds record search to the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K), persistent agent conversations with history, a browsable prompt library so you can discover what the agent can do, and dozens of quality fixes across every module.

New features

  • Ask Agent, fully agentic: chains multiple lookups across modules in one request (e.g. check a client's invoices and appointments, then create a follow-up task) and proposes changes you approve with one click
  • 21 agent capabilities spanning leads, clients, appointments, treatment plans, documents, billing, waitlist, and tasks — including a one-call practice snapshot for instant briefings
  • Agent answers show real record names (resolved securely on your screen only) with clean formatting: sections, bullets, and one line per record
  • Persistent agent conversations: every chat is saved automatically with a title — start a New chat, browse History, reopen or delete any conversation
  • Prompt library: a browsable catalog of 28 ready-to-use prompts across 8 categories (daily operations, multi-step workflows, app help, and more) — click one to load it into the message box
  • In-app guidance: ask the agent where any setting lives ("where do I change the session timeout?") and get the exact menu path, including the role you need
  • Global record search in the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K): find clients, leads, staff, treatment plans, and documents by name, email, or phone and jump straight to them
  • AI Scribe and AI suggestions continue to draft session notes and next-step recommendations, now under the same usage limits and guardrails
  • New AI & Automation settings page: live usage meters, built-in guardrail summary, and a practice-wide AI on/off switch for the owner

Improvements

  • Scheduling cards now show planning period, working hours, session limits, optimization priorities, and travel-time weighting at a glance
  • Lead analytics adds a real score distribution and clearer empty states for top-performing sources
  • Treatment plan cards show client and therapist names; plan view calls out unassigned therapists and empty clinical sections
  • Canadian-first address forms: Province/State and Postal/ZIP Code labels, Ontario placeholders, Canada and America/Toronto defaults for new branches and clients
  • Profile specializations now display therapy type names instead of internal ids
  • Report source filters and audit log entity references are human-readable
  • Agent panel sits above the app header, with a live weekly usage meter in the composer

Bug fixes

  • Fixed duplicated "All Categories" entries in document filters
  • Fixed staff avatars and compensation display for records with unusual name spacing or zero rates
  • Fixed lead vs client wording on shared communication and task panels
  • Fixed task due dates created by the agent appearing one day early in western time zones
  • Fixed the agent panel header being hidden behind the app header

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. All AI features are additive; every existing workflow is unchanged

v0.2.90 ·

Clone a treatment plan to duplicate it without re-entering every tab

Treatment plans are large, multi-tab records, and building a similar plan from scratch meant re-entering every field. This release adds a Clone action so you can duplicate an existing plan in one click. Cloning opens the create form pre-filled with everything from the source plan — basic info, goals, interventions, scheduling (including full-day and fixed schedules and the rotation group), and equipment — with "(Clone)" added to the title and the same client kept by default. You review and adjust anything you need across the tabs, then save it as a brand-new plan. The original plan is never modified.

New features

  • Clone treatment plan: a new Clone action on each plan (in both the card/grid and list views) opens the create form pre-filled from that plan
  • Cloned plans carry over every tab — goals, interventions, scheduling (full-day/fixed schedule and rotation group), and equipment — so you only edit what differs
  • The cloned title is suffixed with "(Clone)" and keeps the same client by default, and you can change the client or any field before saving

Improvements

  • Cloning saves as a brand-new plan, leaving the source plan untouched
  • Existing scheduling safeguards still apply to a clone — past end dates and fixed-schedule conflicts are flagged before saving so duplicated plans stay valid

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. The Clone action is additive; existing create and edit workflows are unchanged

v0.2.83 ·

One consistent way to search, filter, sort, and page through every list

This release unifies how every list works across the app. Clients, staff, leads, treatment plans, documents, scheduling, and audit logs now share the same search box, filters, sortable columns, and pagination controls, so each page behaves exactly the way you would expect. Behind the scenes, search/filter/sort/pagination now run on the server against your entire dataset rather than just the rows already loaded in the browser, which keeps large lists fast and accurate. Pagination shows a clear "Showing X to Y of Z" with numbered pages and a rows-per-page selector, and your current view is kept in the page URL so it survives a refresh and can be bookmarked or shared. This release also expands HIPAA audit-log coverage with before/after change tracking.

New features

  • Unified list experience: clients, staff, leads, treatment plans, documents, scheduling, and audit logs all share one consistent toolbar with the same search, filters, sortable column headers, and pagination
  • True server-side search, filter, sort, and pagination: results now reflect your entire dataset, not just the rows currently loaded, so nothing is missed on large lists
  • Clearer pagination: a Showing X to Y of Z summary, numbered pages, and a rows-per-page selector on every list
  • Shareable views: the active search, filters, sort, and page are kept in the URL, so a refresh keeps your place and a link reproduces the same view
  • Expanded audit logging with before/after change tracking for more data-change and PHI-access events

Improvements

  • Lists no longer stop at the first page of results, so every record is reachable through paging and search
  • Smooth paging keeps the current results visible while the next page loads, removing the flash of an empty table
  • Consistent loading, empty, and error states across all list pages
  • Sorting now handles messy data correctly, so names with stray leading or trailing spaces no longer clump out of order
  • List queries are backed by new database indexes, keeping search, filter, and sort responsive as data grows

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the staff list silently showing only the first 20 staff instead of the full roster
  • Fixed lead search being case-sensitive, so searching adam now matches Adam
  • Fixed inconsistent sorting caused by leading or trailing whitespace in client and staff names

Breaking changes

  • No breaking changes. The list improvements are additive, and existing data, permissions, and workflows are unaffected
