New features, improvements and fixes in each TherapyCRM release.
v1.0.27 ·
treatment plan review schedules
TherapyCRM 1.0.27 lets a treatment plan carry a full review schedule instead of a single date. Practices can plan a mid-treatment progress review and an end-of-plan review side by side, record each review's clinical outcome when it is held, and chain the next review in the same step.
New features
Treatment plans now hold a review schedule: multiple progress and end-of-plan reviews, each with its own date, status, and outcome
Completing a review records its clinical outcome (continue, modify, discontinue, or goals met) and can schedule the next review in the same action
Improvements
The plan's existing single review date now always shows the earliest upcoming scheduled review, so nothing changes for screens that display one date
Bug fixes
Fixed a plan's end-of-treatment review being untrackable while a mid-plan review was already scheduled
Breaking changes
Destructive MCP operations (deletes, cancellations, legal-hold release) now require an explicit confirmDestructive: true field supplied after the user confirms the action. MCP clients that previously called destructive operations without it receive a validation error instead of a silent execution; the TherapyCRM app UI adds the field automatically via its confirmation dialog.
v1.0.26 ·
a truthful email delivery-log count
TherapyCRM 1.0.26 fixes the email delivery log reporting a wrong total. The log claimed far more entries than existed, which inflated the page count and sent anyone paging through delivery history across hundreds of empty pages. The total and page count now reflect the real number of logged emails.
New features
Email delivery-log pagination is now trustworthy end to end: the reported total, page count, and page contents agree
Improvements
Email delivery statistics and the delivery log now report the same population of emails
Bug fixes
Fixed the email delivery log reporting an arbitrary record identifier as its total instead of the real number of entries
v1.0.25 ·
truthful email reporting and multi-currency billing catalogs
TherapyCRM 1.0.25 makes email delivery reporting add up and unblocks billing for practices outside the US. Delivery statistics now account for every logged email, delivery-log paging works as documented, and the billable-service catalog always carries the practice's billing currency — including a one-time repair of existing catalogs.
New features
Email delivery statistics can be narrowed to a date range, and the response states the window it covers
Improvements
Email delivery statistics now report pending and skipped emails and a total that matches the delivery log
The email delivery log reports its pagination state (page, page size, and total pages)
Changing the practice billing currency now updates the billable-service catalog and says so, with a reminder that prices are not converted
Bug fixes
Fixed the email delivery log ignoring its documented page parameter and always returning the first page
Fixed new billable services being created in US dollars regardless of the practice billing currency
Fixed practices billing in other currencies being unable to use their billable-service catalog on invoices
v1.0.24 ·
accurate delivery tracking and Canadian payments
TherapyCRM 1.0.24 keeps email delivery records truthful and makes payments feel Canadian. Delivery statuses can no longer be demoted by late provider events (and historical records are repaired), payment records always carry the invoice currency, and Interac e-Transfer is a first-class payment method.
New features
Interac e-Transfer is now a selectable payment method for invoice payments and payment plans
Improvements
Email delivery statistics now reflect true delivery outcomes after historical records were reconciled
Payment records display the invoice currency instead of a fixed default
Bug fixes
Fixed delivered, opened, and clicked email statuses being reverted to sent by out-of-order provider events
Fixed payment records being stamped in US dollars for practices billing in other currencies
v1.0.23 ·
dependable email delivery and clearer records
TherapyCRM 1.0.23 makes outbound email dependable and observable: the client welcome email sends immediately and reports its true outcome, each deployment's email queue is isolated, and practice owners can see queue health at a glance. Record-keeping also gets clearer — lead contact details are visible wherever they are editable, and a client's intake consents appear alongside the consent ledger.
New features
Practice integration health now reports the email queue lane: backlog depth, worker liveness, and stale-job detection
Improvements
Lead views now display the contact person's name, email, and phone wherever they can be edited
The client consent view shows the intake and conversion consents alongside the consent-records ledger
Billing accepts client and invoice references in either numeric or text form
Email delivery logs are dramatically lighter, listing each template by name instead of embedding its full design
Bug fixes
Fixed the new-client welcome email reporting as sent while it sat in an unprocessed queue — it now sends immediately during conversion and reports the real outcome
Fixed invoice cancellation notices logging a PDF attachment they do not carry
Fixed lead contact-person corrections being invisible in lead lists and detail views after saving
v1.0.22 ·
reliable lead-to-client onboarding
TherapyCRM 1.0.22 makes converting a lead into a client dependable end to end. Auto-created intake appointments land at the right local time, welcome emails actually send and report their true outcome, lead contact corrections persist, billing correspondence addresses the responsible guardian, and every new practice starts with a ready-to-use session data sheet.
New features
New practices include a ready-to-use Session Data Sheet template so treatment goals can be activated and session data recorded from day one
Cancelling an invoice that already reached the payer now sends a cancellation notice naming the voided invoice
Improvements
Lead conversion reports the true outcome of its automation (welcome email and intake appointment) instead of assuming success
Auto-created intake appointments carry the therapy type recorded on the lead
Practice settings warn when the billing currency does not match the practice country's usual currency
Assistant-facing operation documentation now discloses conversion side effects and clarifies treatment-plan scheduling versus clinical status
Bug fixes
Fixed lead updates silently discarding contact-person corrections (name, email, phone) while reporting success
Fixed auto-created intake appointments rendering at 6:00 AM local time on branches outside the server timezone
Fixed the lead-conversion welcome email failing template resolution and never reaching new client families
